We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery of your item to request a return. Returns must be requested within this window to be eligible.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached. Returns must be in their original packaging, including the original box and any accessories included with the item.

Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing tags, or missing their original packaging may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Wrong, Damaged, or Not As Described Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or cancelled.

Beauty and Personal Care Items

For health and safety reasons, opened beauty and personal care items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

You may cancel an unfulfilled order within 15 minutes of placing it. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process above.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us through the store with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please do not send an item back without first starting a return.

This policy applies only to items purchased after the return rules were turned on or updated.
